We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are part of the unique character of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
